Evolent Chief Development Officer Raf Viturro oversees growth across the company. He previously served as the president of new markets for CareMax, a value-based primary care company with a footprint of more than 60 clinics nationally. He was formerly a partner at The Chartis Group, where he served as a strategic advisor to health systems, health plans and private equity firms across the country. Before entering the health care field, Raf worked as a public policy and communications lead on the 2008 Obama presidential campaign, in the White House, and at the Democratic National Committee. He is a native of upstate New York and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
