Prior authorization process change effective July 1, 2024
Effective July 1, 2024, Humana will partner with Evolent (formerly New Century Health) to implement a new prior authorization program.
What does this mean for you?
Evolent will begin managing your radiation oncology and surgical oncology prior authorizations for your Humana Medicare Advantage HMO and PPO members ages 18 and older.
