Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Naprisha Taylor leads the strategy and execution of all social responsibility efforts at Evolent and shapes organizational culture and engagement. Prior to her current role, Naprisha was responsible for the delivery of event experience and co-founded Evolent’s Underrepresented Minorities Business Resource Group. 

Before joining Evolent, Naprisha developed her skills and passion for building equitable and inclusive environments at prominent nonprofit organizations including The Children's Defense Fund, The Pan American Health Organization Foundation and the National Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington, D.C. Naprisha obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology from Georgetown University and completed the Diversity & Inclusion certificate program at Cornell University.
