Chief Operating Officer Katie DiPerna oversees Evolent’s global operations. Katie originally joined Evolent in 2012 and spent eight years in customer account management, go-to-market, and Medicaid operations roles, including senior vice president of Medicaid risk operations. Katie left Evolent and spent several years at Headspace, leading channel partnerships and health plan growth. Katie then returned in 2024 as Evolent’s chief people officer, guiding culture and talent strategy, and brings a blend of operational, customer and people leadership to her role. Katie received a Bachelor of Science in communications from Villanova University.
