As chief people officer, Katie oversees Evolent’s talent team and is responsible for the strategy behind its people operations, human resources, communications and employee engagement. Katie originally joined Evolent in 2012 and spent eight years working in various roles and departments, including leading Medicaid specialty risk operations before departing to join Ginger and lead channel partnerships. She went on to become the senior vice president of partnerships at Headspace and focused on expanding behavioral health services with leading health plans. Katie received a Bachelor of Science in communications from Villanova University.
