Craig Barbarosh has served as a Senior Managing Director at CommonWealth Partners LLC since October 2023. Mr. Barbarosh is currently the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee for Sabra Health Care REIT, Inc., and frequently serves as an independent director for various private companies. Mr. Barbarosh previously served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nextgen Healthcare, Inc.  from November 2015 through August 2022, and was Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee Nextgen Healthcare, Inc., a board he served on from 2009 until November 2023. Mr. Barbarosh served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lifecore Biomedical, Inc., and was an independent director from October 2019 through August 2024. He previously served as an independent director on the Boards of Directors of Aratana Therapeutics, Inc., BioPharmX, Inc., and Bazaarvoice, Inc. Mr. Barbarosh also served as the independent board observer for Payless Holdings, LLC and as an independent director for Ruby Tuesday Inc. Mr. Barbarosh was a partner at two large, international law firms from January of 1999 through January of 2023. He holds his J.D. (with honors) from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and earned his B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
