As chief people officer, Felicia oversees Evolent’s talent team and is responsible for the strategy behind its people operations, human resources, employee engagement, and communications. Previously, she served as Evolent’s vice president of human resources.   

Before joining Evolent, Felicia was the global director and human resources business partner at Dell Technologies. In that role, she led employee engagement, workforce transformation, and leadership development for 4,000 global employees. Felicia also championed executive coaching at the C-suite level. During her tenure at Delta Air Lines, she established herself as a trusted business partner, leading people strategy for over 3,000 employees, including the organization’s largest customer call center.

Felicia is a proud graduate of Howard University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in political science.
